We want you to be satisfied with your email hosting service. We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not completely satisfied with our platform.

2. Non-Refundable Items

After the initial 14-day period, all annual subscriptions are considered final and non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial years of service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team with your account details and order number. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

4. Processing Time

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement after the request has been approved.
